Frequently asked questions

Do I need Booking.com extranet access?

No. Paste the link to your public property page; TVpilot reads the score and reviews from there.

Which TVpilot plan includes it?

Booking.com reviews are a Premium plugin, included in the Pro and Business plans.

How current is the wall?

Press Refresh reviews in the widget settings whenever you like, once per 24 hours: it adds the reviews that came in since the last time. Screens never refresh on their own.

Can I show Agoda or Tripadvisor next to it?

Yes. Put the review walls in one playlist with your hotel slides; the screen alternates between them.
