Support dashboards

A support wallboard
your team actually looks at

Connect your helpdesk once and every screen in the office shows what matters right now: how many conversations are open, how many wait too long, what came in and got solved today, how fast the first reply was and how happy customers are. Per mailbox, group, team or channel.

The queue on the wall

Open, unassigned and waiting too long, in numbers big enough to read from the coffee machine. The board refreshes every 3 minutes.

Speed and satisfaction

First reply time, time to solve, first-contact resolution and satisfaction over the last days, with the trend against the period before.

Only totals on screen

Customer names, subjects and messages never leave your helpdesk. The screen shows counts and averages, nothing else.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which helpdesks are supported?

Help Scout, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom and Trengo, each as its own plugin with the same board, layouts and alerts.

Can I show two departments on one screen?

Yes. Pick several mailboxes, groups, teams or channels and choose Combined (one set of numbers), One at a time (each department in turn, full size) or Side by side (up to three columns).

Does the board show agent names?

Only if you add the per-agent tiles on purpose. They are never on by default, so a board in a shared office does not put individuals on the wall unless the team wants that.

What happens when a number gets too high?

The bell next to a tile sets an amber bound, for example Unassigned above 5 or Satisfaction below 90. The tile turns amber on the screen when the bound is crossed.
