Emergency alert, steadier playback and screens that ride out outages
Put an emergency message on every screen in seconds with the new Emergency alert. Screens keep playing during an internet outage, recover by themselves from a frozen video, and tell you when the picture is stuck.
New- •Emergency alert (Business plan): a red button in the sidebar shows a full-screen message on all screens, a location or a tag, for 15 minutes to 24 hours

Four new helpdesk plugins and billing details up front
Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom and Trengo join Help Scout, so any support team can put its live numbers on a screen. Upgrading now asks for your company details first, so every invoice carries the right name, address and VAT number, and the dashboard fits better on phones.

A searchable in-app help center now covers every part of TVpilot, and you can star your most-used screens, playlists, media and plugins for quick access from the sidebar. Proof of play brings every shared report together, German is now a complete dashboard language, and English-speaking customers see US date formats by default.
