Terms of service

The service

TVpilot.App (“TVpilot”, “we”) provides digital signage software: a dashboard to manage screens, media and playlists, and player software that displays your content on your own devices. The service is operated from the Netherlands.

TVpilot is currently offered in a pilot phase: subscriptions are not billed until further notice, and while we work hard on reliability, the service is provided “as is” during this phase.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the devices you connect.
• You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

Your content

• You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us the technical license needed to store, process and display it on your screens.
• You are responsible for having the rights to the content you display and for complying with applicable law (including copyright and advertising rules).
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that host illegal material or abuse the platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use TVpilot to distribute malware, infringe the rights of others, attempt to breach the security of the platform or other accounts, or resell the service without our written agreement.

Plans & billing

• The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period.
• Plan limits (screens, storage, credits) are enforced by the platform and described on the pricing page.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; changes never apply retroactively.

Availability & support

We target 99.9% uptime for player-facing infrastructure and design players to keep running on cached content during outages. Support is provided via support@tvpilot.app; the Pro and Business plans include priority support, and custom SLAs are available on the Business plan.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit or lost data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Dutch law applies; disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
