How it connects

Create a personal API token

In Moneybird open your user menu, choose Personal API tokens and create a token with read access. One token reaches every administration you can access.

Paste the token

Have more than one administration? Enter the administration id (the number in your Moneybird URL); otherwise the first one is used.

Test, pick tiles, push to screen

Invoiced revenue, invoice counts, outstanding and overdue appear automatically.

Privacy

What reaches the screen

The board shows totals, counts and item names, never a customer name or an invoice number. Keys are sealed on our servers, only ever used to read, and never shown again after you save them. Revoke them in the source at any time and the board stops.

Frequently asked questions

Invoice date or payment date?

Invoice date. Revenue is what you invoiced, excluding VAT; the outstanding tile shows what is not paid yet.

Several administrations?

Enter the administration id when connecting. For more than one, connect each as its own dashboard.

How often does it refresh?

Every 10 minutes, and the screen keeps the last numbers through a connection hiccup.

Can I hide amounts?

Yes. Show invoice counts and overdue counts only, or switch amounts off.
