Trengo brings WhatsApp, email, chat and voice into one inbox; the TVpilot board brings that inbox onto the wall. Connect with a personal access token, pick the channels that count and every screen shows what is open, what waits, what came in and got closed today and how the work splits per channel. Refreshed every 3 minutes.
Free plan, no credit card required. Paid plans from €5/month. Plugin version v1.1, released 2026-09-24.

The live queue for the channels you picked. Waiting turns amber after the number of hours you set.
With the trend against the previous period and a 7-day line under the Open count.
The average over the last 7 days, from the moment a ticket was created to the moment it was closed.
Open tickets per channel, and per type: WhatsApp, email, chat, voice, Facebook, Instagram and more.
Open tickets carrying each label, so a label like urgent or refund is one tile away.
WhatsApp and email as two columns, or each channel in turn at full size.
Open Settings, Developers, REST API and create a personal access token. Copy it.
The token reads with the rights of your own user, so a user who sees every channel gives the fullest board.
Choose which channels count on this board, pick your tiles and push it to a screen.
Only totals reach the screen: never a contact, a phone number or a message. The token is only ever used to read. Credentials are sealed on our servers, only ever used to read, and never shown again after you save them. Revoke them on the platform side at any time and the board simply stops.
TVpilot turns the hardware you have into a managed screen: a Raspberry Pi with one command, a Fire TV Stick or Android TV, or simply the browser of a smart TV. One player URL per screen, managed from the dashboard.
Every plugin is included in every plan. You pay for screens, not for integrations.
Start on the free plan and stay there as long as you like. No credit card, no trial clock.
Yes. Pick the WhatsApp channel and the email channel as two scopes and choose Side by side, or use the per channel type tile on a combined board.
The Trengo API does not expose customer ratings per ticket, so the board leaves satisfaction and first reply time out rather than estimate them.
Yes. Pick one channel after the connection test. Change the selection any time in the editor under Connection.
Only when you add the per-agent tiles on purpose. The default board shows totals.
Every 3 minutes, with the last known numbers kept on the screen through a connection hiccup.
Yes: the Trengo dashboard is also described in Dutch for teams in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Trengo numbers on a TV screen: tickets open, unassigned and waiting too long, new and closed today, time to solve and the split per channel, WhatsApp, email, chat and voice included. Read-only token, free plan available.
